I am running to be elected as the next Prosecuting Attorney for Fayette County, West Virginia. Let's put my experience to work for all of Fayette County's citizens and let's make Fayette County a better place to live, work, and visit.
I have practiced law for over twenty-one years and I previously served the citizens of Fayette County as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney from 2002 through 2007. During that time, I went to trial twenty-six times to represent the State of West Virginia and the citizens of Fayette County. The defendants in some of my more notable prosecutions are still locked up and are pictured below: Edgar Friedrichs and Ned Massey convicted of first degree murder; Tex Holbrook, William Ward, and John Miller convicted of sex offenses involving children. Let's work together to add to this list!
